Pignut Hickory (Carya glabra) is a Florida native tree. A large deciduous tree with compound leaves and edible nuts. Provides excellent habitat for wildlife and has beautiful yellow fall color. Habitats: woodland, hammock, upland, sandhills. Light: full sun, partial shade.
