Carolina Ash (Fraxinus caroliniana) is a Florida native tree. A medium-sized deciduous tree that thrives in wet conditions and bottomlands. Compound leaves turn yellow in fall, and winged seeds provide food for birds. Habitats: wetland, swamp, riparian. Light: full sun, partial shade.
