Loblolly Pine (Pinus taeda) is a Florida native tree. A fast-growing pine with long needles in clusters of 3 and reddish-brown bark with scaly plates. Important timber species that also provides wildlife habitat and erosion control. Habitats: pine flatwoods, upland, woodland. Light: full sun.
