Mexican Fan Palm (Washingtonia robusta) is a Florida native palm. Tall, slender fan palm with distinctive 'petticoat' of dead fronds if not pruned. Naturalized in parts of South Florida. Fast-growing with white flowers and small black fruits. Habitats: urban, coastal. Light: full sun.
